Nafplio<\/strong>, one of the most beautiful cities of Greece, is just a 2h drive from the capital of country<\/a><\/strong>, and\u00a0 it is for sure worth for a day excursion any period you visit the country. Apart from the visit to the old town and climb at its castle with 999 stairs (maybe less, but this is the urban myth), you could also visit the important archaeological site of Mycenae<\/strong><\/a> which is very close, the archaeological site of Nemea<\/strong>, while tasting one of the best Greek wine variety<\/a>, as this area is famous for its vineyards<\/a>, ancienct theater of Epidaudrus<\/a>,<\/strong> or the castle of Ancient Corinth (Akrokorinthos)<\/a><\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

And the brand new Acronafplia Festival<\/strong> which started on\u00a0 2024.<\/p>\n
