If you let us adding two more things on\u00a0 the list is a hiking on the two impressive mountains of Crete: Psiloritis and Lefka Ori and visiting as well some\u00a0 mountainous villages such as Anogia for a real local experience. Have also in mind that driving in Crete is not the best thing you can do, even if sometimes it’s necessary,\u00a0 so be very careful on streets and with other drivers!<\/p>\n

Useful\u00a0 tip:<\/em> In the island, there are two ports:\u00a0 Chania\u00a0 and Heraklion, so choose wisely according to your stay and your plan. And, there is also a ferry connection\u00a0 between Santorini and Crete, so you can\u00a0 even do an island hopping if you already book a ferry or plane to Santorini.
