And  of course, Greece and Santorini have their honor in this survey: Greece voted as the best historical attractions, international for the fourth consecutive year and Santorini as  the Best Island in Europe for the 12th consecutive year.

Aruba appears, for the second year in a row, in the top spot for Best Beaches. The Dominican Republic wins Best Caribbean Island/Destination for the fifth consecutive year, earning it Quint Status, which recognizes a destination or company winning the same award for five consecutive years. Santoríni holds on to its Best Island in Europe title for the 12th consecutive year. The Islands of Tahiti again earn Best Island Pacific Rim, third consecutive year. Amelia Island, Florida, becomes Best Island in the United States for the second consecutive year.
