National Customer Service Week: We love our Reviews!

This year’s National Customer Service Week (NCSW) runs next week, from Monday 7 to Friday 11 October 2024.  And there isn’t a better way to prove your excellent customer service than your reviews. If we are talking about us,  about Cloudkeys team, our reviews on booking platforms and social media.  Oh wait! There is one. It’s  the hand-written notes and gifts that our guests left before their check-out to show their gratitude in a more personal way.  And we love that!
