Ok, Halloween  is not the typical celebration you ‘d wait to meet in  Greece, but the last years is really popular here, and as you are walking around the city, you will see many shops with Halloween decoration, many events inspired by this celebration, films festivals with horror movies etc. Of course, even a spooky and  horror  event, Halloween is really popular  among kids, so most of the activities,  workshops  and events  aim  to younger people too.

Aidonakia Halloween Festival ’25 @ Peristeri  Exhibition Center

The Aidonakia Halloween Festival 2025 opens its doors on October 25 & 26 and November 1 & 2 at the Peristeri Exhibition Center, promising an experience that no one—young or old—should miss! The Halloween Experience – the heart of the festival. The Halloween Experience is a 1,500 m² themed journey where visitors experience the most complete Halloween adventure ever presented in Greece. Along the route, the audience will watch 10 different mini interactive plays, all connected to each other, with a unique story centered on Count Dracula. Starring Dracula, the witches Abra & Catabra, the Headless Horseman, and Dr. Frankenstein, the Halloween Experience combines:

The festival features an impressive Entertainment Stage with a non-stop program: magicians, jugglers, animators, fire shows, and many more events that will impress young and old alike. Next door is the Mega Halloween Playground, a themed play area, while special pumpkin workshops and face painting transform children into the spookiest creatures they can imagine.

ATHENS HALLOWEEN HUNT 2025 : THE PURGE

ATHENS HALLOWEEN HUNT, the biggest escape room event, returns for the 7th time, bigger and more realistic than ever, inviting you to experience the most paranoid night of your life: the night of the PURGE! We invite you to the ultimate LIVE OUTDOOR SURVIVAL ESCAPE ROOM experience!

Today is the day you’ve been waiting for. Your favorite band is coming to Athens for one last concert. But as you head to the venue, the city changes its face. You had forgotten what day it was. Until you realize: The Purge has just begun. For one night, anything goes. The rules are broken.
The streets belong to the strong, and you are one of the few who are exposed out there. For the entire night, all crimes — even murder — are legal. Your only concern: survival… Run, hide, the city is filled with killers ready to punish you for every wrong move! Will you manage to stay alive? Good luck!
